An Overview of the Company:
Shree Annapurna Homes is the real estate development arm of the Dhandhania Group and is also the first and the oldest company of the Dhandhania Group. The legacy goes back to 1984 when Shree Annapurna Homes (then known as Dhandhania Constructions) launched their first project, 'Annapurna Nagar'.
Annapurna Nagar:
This project was the first planned multi-story residential apartment complex of Varanasi, consisting of 260 apartments on 4 acres of land. The successful completion of this project acclaimed Dhandhania Group as a trusted and reliable builder and has even made Annapurna Nagar Colony a landmark in Varanasi.
Annapurna Enclave:
The concept of duplex villas - another first in Varanasi - was also introduced in 1997 by Dhandhania Group under the brand name of Annapurna Enclave. The project, which comprised 26 villas and spread over 2 acres, generated a good deal of interest at its announcement due to the original concept presented to the market. Backed by the established goodwill of Dhandhnia Group and owing to popular demand of the project, Annapurna Enclave was sold-out at the launch itself.
Annapurna Grandeur:
Now, Shree Annapurna Homes is in the midst of their biggest project 'Annapurna Grandeur', a residential complex spread over 2 acres, consisting of 4 towers and 160 residential units on Kashi Vidyapith, Sigra road in Varanasi. It is located close to Varanasi Cantt railway junction and the complex has been embellished with superior finishes, modern amenities and top-notch infrastructure.
After the launch in 2012, the project has completed Phase I with a 100% occupancy in its first tower and a sold-out second tower. In Phase II, both of the remaining towers are in different stages of completion and have also attracted bookings.
