Dhandhania Distributors is a Rural Super Stockist of Multinational FMCG companies operating in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, India. With a legacy of 25 years in this field, we have a wide distribution network and can boast of a commanding presence in Eastern Rural UP. We entered this business in 1995 as the SS of Colgate with a turnover of Rs 6 million, and since then have grown by 250% per annum.
In the span of two and a half decades, we have reached the present turnover of Rs 36 million and have been associated with numerous globally known FMCG companies. Some of the recognizable names we have worked with are Colgate, Britannia, Philips, Cadbury, Amul, Heinz India, Reckitt Benckiser, Emami, Patanjali, Bajaj Corp, and Zydus Wellness.
Active and efficient network:
Over the years, the Dhandhania Distributors team has created a dedicated network of 100 sub stockists within 200 towns connecting 5000 retail outlets in all our affiliated districts. The stockists were nurtured and ably supported by us to gain their trust and loyalty. We assisted them in progressing from cash payments to cashless methods by using internet banking even before it became a market norm.
Build understanding:
We were also able to aid sub stockists to understand the principles of ethical business and transparency, for example, passing schemes to retailers and promoting faster rotation of money by offering cash discounts, thereby increasing their turnover and profits.
Widespread distribution of services:
Currently, we are distributing goods to more than 20 stockists and catering to more than 200 towns and 4000 retail outlets. We cover rural towns in districts like Varanasi, Chandauli, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Mirzapur, Gazipur, and more.
We have recently expanded the operations and opened another godown in Robertsganj under the Sonbhadra District, enabling us to cater to more areas with better efficiency and effectiveness.
Active workforce at your service:
We have experienced managers to take care of day to day business and inventory management. The entire working is on individual company softwares with periodic physical stock verification being carried out as well. We have dedicated loading and unloading laborers, along with our own delivery vehicles that ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods.

We are a system driven company operating from our own strategically located office and warehouse in Varanasi at Kashi Vidyapith Road, Sigra, Varanasi. Our office has been equipped with the latest office systems, 24x7 power back-up, Wi-fi, conference rooms, and more. We are a zero-debt company and use only the cash credit facilities of HDFC Bank and SBI.
An Overview of the Company:
Shri Anandeshwari Homes Pvt Ltd. (SAHPL) is a private limited company engaged in E2E cement logistics, formed in 2010 when Mr. Prabhat Dhandhania joined hands with Dalmia Cement positioned in Bangalore as their C&F Agent for South Karnataka. The director of SAHPL, Prabhat Dhandhania, has also previously handled the logistic operations of other cement companies such as L&T and Jaypee Cement.

Real-time data entry of stocks:
With innovation being a core component of the company, the IT initiative has replaced manual stock registers at all depots with real-time data entry of stocks received and dispatched. This has brought more transparency and accuracy in stock-keeping as well.
Structured Responsibilities:
SAHPL has handled up to 60,000 MT of cement valued at about INR 4,200 million per month, across all 25 warehouses and billing points. Its services include activities such as daily reporting, SAP management, rake handling, bulker sales, primary and secondary transportation, etc.
The company has a dedicated team of trusted manpower at all the places being managed by its Head Office in Bangalore. All operations are coordinated by an experienced logistics and accounts team and there are field executives who visit each depot frequently to audit stock and all SOP/ statutory compliances
Expansion of Service:
Since the founding of the organization, expansions have been made in its operations to North Karnataka and many districts of Telangana. Furthermore, they have also successfully added the business of primary transportation of DCBL from its plant in Cuddapah to Karnataka.
