Our Managing Director, Prabhat Kumar Dhandhania, and his son, Suyash Dhandhania, hail from an enterprising business family that originated three generations ago and has established an image of stability and trust. Shri Babu Lal Ji Dhandhania, the grandfather of Prabhat Kumar Dhandhania, was the first industrialist of Varanasi. He was instrumental in establishing food-based industries under the auspices of Shree Annapurna Mills in 1932 which included a roller flour mill, oil mill, rice mill, and dal mill. From there, the legacy was carried forward by his son Shri Atma Ram Dhandhania who then passed the mantle on to our current Director, Prabhat Kumar Dhandhania.
Dhandhania Group further expanded its footprints into FMCG warehousing and rural distribution network in Uttar Pradesh, while in South India they began cement distribution in Karnataka and Telangana. One of their most longstanding businesses is real estate in Varanasi, as for the last 4 decades they have successfully completed many residential complexes under the auspices of Annapurna Homes (Formerly Dhandhania Constructions). Their current project Annapurna Grandeur is a landmark project of Varanasi.
